Things change so fast!

Things change so fast with us it almost seems pointless to update. *Sigh*

I ended up declining the SOAR job. Truth be told, I wasn't too excited about it... it sounded like it was going to turn into just another sucky, mindless office job. I already landed a new one, though. This one is in the Architecture department, in their photo studio. I'll be helping people take pictures of their architectural models, and scanning in a bunch of architectural archives for faculty use. The guy I would be working for is older, a little nervous, but he seems really nice and laid back. It'll be a self-paced job and I think I'll really enjoy it. I start on June 1st.

Terry has declared a Biology minor to go with his Economics major. He says he has found the "Holy Grail of degree plans," so hopefully this one will stick. He's pretty excited because it makes use of virtually all of his classes, and he could even graduate early. That'd be nice!!

Last night we went to Chili's and had dinner salads and shared the Monterrey Chicken (and a molten for dessert), then went and poked around Barnes & Noble for a little while. We bought a rack to stand up my cookbook while I cook- soo handy! I have had a really bad sinus headache since yesterday, though, so we ended up coming home and going to bed early. I woke up around 5AM this morning with a THROBBING headache. I ended up sitting in the bathroom with the shower running straight hot water for 20 minutes. The steam really helped... I think the dry air is really doing a number on me.

I have my English final on Monday (at 8AM-- not cool!), my Intro to Film and Theatre and Spanish finals on Wednesday, and my History of Civ final on Thursday. Then I'm FREE until summer classes!!

Terry has four finals this week, too: Economics, Chemistry, History of Civ and Information Systems.

This semester has flown, and it's actually been really, really good. I'm looking forward to my new job and new classes over the summer. =)
